Ytmatic offers a range of AI-driven content services, including video creation and automation. Your specific services are outlined in your order summary. We reserve the right to modify services with prior notice.

4. Fees and Payment

Service fees must be paid upfront unless otherwise specified. Late or missed payments may result in service suspension. Refunds for unused services are provided at the discretion of Ytmatic.

5. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of information provided. Keep your login credentials secure and notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Compliance with relevant laws and regulations is your responsibility.

6. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in our platform and services, including trademarks, copyrights, and proprietary technology, belong to Ytmatic or its licensors. You may not distribute or create derivative works without prior written consent.

7. Termination and Cancellation

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, services will cease, and outstanding payments must be completed. Cancellation during the Minimum Subscription Term may incur fees.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ytmatic is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service involved.

9. Data Protection

We comply with applicable data protection laws. By using our platform, you agree to the collection and use of your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of Islamabad, Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved through the courts of Islamabad.

11. Amendments

Ytmatic reserves the right to amend these terms. Changes will be communicated via email or the platform. Continued use of the services indicates acceptance of the new terms.
